Glen says, “I’m not attracted to my wife anymore. She’s changed a lot over the years. Mainly, she’s gained weight and looks frumpy.”

Ken say: “My wife keeps telling me to sleep on the couch. I usually go, just to avoid conflict, but I’m getting pretty tired of being told to sleep on the couch. What suggestions do you have?”

Nando asks, “My wife spends too much [$$], mostly stuff we don’t need. I’ve tried mentioning we should save more money, but she keeps bringing stuff home. What is the best way to win this battle?”

Tim writes, “My wife wants me to listen to her, but she is frigging boring. She talks about people she works with, who I don’t know, and it’s usually negative stuff (gripes). If I’m driving, she almost puts me to sleep with her babble. How do I stay awake?”

Kale says, “Love my wife, but we are not really interested in the same things any more. She’s been getting really homey lately, wanting to garden and plant flowers, etc. I’m not into that at all. I prefer going out, listening to live music, movies, that sort of thing. Any thoughts? Thanks.”

Neil says, “I’ve decided to give my wife flowers at least once per month, for no particular reason. Bob, can you foresee any issues with this? I’m trying to make her feel like a cut above the rest.”

Edmund wants to know, “How do I keep my mother-in-law from sticking her nose in our business? She always tries to pry into how much we’re spending on this or that, and almost everything else. It’s practically daily thing.”
